Why whistle-blower mechanism is important to us?
As per the section 177 of the Companies Act 2013, it is mandatory for every listed company to have a whistle-blower mechanism. Though, it is not mandatory to outsource but we have decided to appoint  Tip-offs Anonymous to receive the complaints from you.
What is the role of Deloitte Tip-offs Anonymous team?
Tip-offs Anonymous is an independent, secure, anonymous and confidential reporting platform to report any unethical conduct.     
What happens when I access the Speak-up Helpline ?
Tip-offs Anonymous is appointed by your company to handle whistle-blower complaints. You can;
1.  Share a concern
2.  Ask query
3.  Follow-up on a prior report pertaining to your complaint
What type of potential incidents can be reported on Speak-up Helpline?                         
You can select the issue which best describes your concern and can be reported to Speak-up Helpline:

a) Abuse of authority for personal gain or obtaining undue advantage or to prevent or deprive another of its rights or to the detriment of the Company
b) Negligence causing substantial and specific danger to public health and safety
c) Manipulation or unauthorized use or disposal of Company data or records
d)    Financial irregularities, including fraud, or suspected fraud such as:
  1. Financial mis-statement/mis-representation
  2. Pilferation of goods, property, confidential or proprietary information or Wastage or misappropriation of Company funds or assets
e) Preference of one vendor or seller over the other with an intent of personal gain or rendering avoidable Financial or Non-Financial loss to the Company
f) Criminal offence
g) Deliberate violation of law or regulation
h) Any other unethical, biased, favored, imprudent event in the nature of violation to the Code of Conduct.
What is a Protected Disclosure?
A Protect Disclosure means any communication made in good faith that discloses or demonstrates information that may evidence unethical behaviour, actual or suspected, fraud or violation of the Code or any other unethical or improper activity, abuse of authority by any Director or employee, misuse or improper use of accounting policies and procedures resulting in misrepresentation of accounts and financial statements.
Is it mandatory to disclose the identity while reporting a Protected Disclosure?
You may choose to remain anonymous or share your identity. While reporting anonymously, you need to share the following minimum information:
1. Name, designation and location of the Subject
2. Location of the incident
3. Evidence or source of evidence
4. Duration/Frequency of the incident
5. Detailed description of the incident
It is recommended that you share your contact details as it will help in swift closure of the complaint.
If I don’t feel comfortable making my secure report from my office computer, what are my other options?
We uses the latest encryption and authentication technology, ensuring that your communications on our website are secure and private. The ‘https’ keyword in the location bar when submitting information ensures that the connection is encrypted.

Am I allowed to raise a concern anonymously?
As per the Whistle-blower Policy, the company reserve rights to not to investigate the Complaint. Please note that, the WB Committee has the right to investigate the matters disclosed anonymously, at its discretion, basis the merits of the matter.
Please note:

  • The Speak-up Helpline will not provide feedback if a concern is reported anonymously.
  • the term ' Member ' on the Signup/Sign-in page refers to any user who has or wishes to create an account on the portal.
  • Information entered by the user to register on this portal will be masked to protect identity from the Company. If in case, the whistle-blower wants to disclose their identity, the user can edit their details from the ‘Manage Profile’ section manually after the registration on the web portal.
